Veecan industries uses ORVAR SUPREME, STAVAX, DIE VAR, P20, P20HH, C45, from Voestalpine PCK, BURDERUS, LUCHHINI.
We Veecan Industries,
An ISO 9001:2008 certified precision mold making company started in the year 2016 with 1 CNC Machine in 1400 square feet.
- Now we have full fledged facility include 3-Axis CNC Vertical Machining Centre, Z-NC Sparking machine & Surface Grinding Machine.
- With this facilities we are doing all type of Plastic Injection Mold like 2 Plate Mold, 3 Plate Mould, Proto Mold, Fully Automatic Production Mold, Hardened Mold, HRS Mold, etc...
- We have separte CAD/CAM Division for Designing Molds, Creating CNC Programs, Electrode Extraction, etc..
- Presently we are capable to do 5-6 mold per month.
- Lead time 4-12 Weeks based on mold size.
- we are capable to do maximum 400 tonnage mold
